How works a front roll roller shutter
Made of a set of extruded aluminium slats that fits together to compose the whole door, our shutters roll up around a balancer when opening it. Thanks to the springs integrated inside the balancer system, the opening and closing of the shutter is done smoothly without efforts.
Once the shutter model is defined, you have the possibility to choose between multiples closing systems and options to equip the shutter.
The Alu 30 front roll shutter
Our front roll shutter model Alu 30 is made of double-walled extruded slats of 30mm height which rolled around a balancer when opening it. This model is available in 2 kind of installation principles: The Alu30 standard and Alu30 IZY (pre-mounted) shutter system.
The standard model includes all necessary parts of the roller shutter delivered in separated parts (assembled shutter, side tracks, balancer, side panels and accessories) while the IZY concept is delivered since 1999 “ready to install”. All components are already assembled in a kind of cassette block (cassette block, side tracks).
The Alu 40 front roll shutter
Our front roll shutter model Alu 40 is made to measure with double-walled extruded slats of 40mm height which rolled around a balancer when opening it. This model is available in 2 kind of installation principles: The Alu40 standard and Alu40 IZY (pre-mounted) shutter system.
The standard model includes all necessary parts of the roller shutter delivered in separated parts (assembled shutter, side tracks, balancer, side panels and accessories) while the IZY concept is delivered since 1999 “ready to install”.
